Greetings to everyone from Pewaukee as the high school basketball season begins today. All of our players had tryouts this morning or will have them this afternoon after school and I could feel the excitement in every conversation I had with each and everyone of them. High school basketball is such a special part of so many students’ lives that I find myself looking back with many fond memories of my very own high school playing days at Bloomer High School. Conference championships, state tournament experience and all those bus rides bring a huge smile to my face.
Good luck to all of the players, coaches and support personnel as you begin what hopefully is a very successful season.
